I am honored to receive second place in the 6G Summit Young Scholar Competition for my vision video, “When the Body Speaks.” The competition, sponsored by npj Wireless Technology, invited graduate researchers worldwide to imagine how next-generation wireless systems could reshape society over the coming decades. Three winning videos were selected for their creativity, clarity, and forward-looking impact.

About the vision
“When the Body Speaks” explores an Internet of the Body enabled by 6G. The concept centers on microscopic, self-powered sensors and nanorobots that communicate inside the human body using molecular signals and integrated sensing. This internal network would continuously monitor health, detect disease before symptoms appear, and trigger preemptive interventions. The vision shifts healthcare from reactive treatment to predictive, personalized care.

Why it matters
Future 6G networks are expected to be deeply integrated into daily life. By extending connectivity into the body itself, we can reimagine diagnostics, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine with higher precision and lower latency. This direction aligns with the competition’s broader goal: to envision intelligent, inclusive, and human-centered communication systems.
